Sustainable Practices at APOS - Emerging Issues

Walking our talk

This list documents sust-textainable practices the school is currently involved in. These provide a sound model of how we 'walk our talk' to client groups. Students are actively involved in as many of the actions as practical.

Emerging issues/more thinking needed

  • Collecting, filtering and releasing 'grey water' from showers into ponds, or use to water lawn and garden beds in summer, or returned to shower block for re-using.
  • Collect rainwater from southern side of dining room and use to water lawn in summer
